All La Luce lighting fixtures are subject to quality control
We do not compromise on quality. We control all materials and components to ensure that each luminaire meets the declared parameters.
We determine all important parameters, such as light color, light output, thermal radiation, which allows us to make durable and highly efficient luminaires. La Luce LED modules have the longest possible lifespan.
We refrain from using synthetic light-guide lenses and other items that wear out quickly. We prioritize strong, sustainable materials: primarily glass, silicone and aluminum.
In addition to monitoring the use of components in our luminaires, our engineers have developed design solutions to ensure optimal temperature levels inside the luminaires. This allows us to greatly extend the life of the LED.
The most important factor in the long service life of our luminaires is that we always keep the operating temperatures for LED modules well below the maximum allowable, which greatly reduces the risk of damage caused by high temperature light during peak moments of use of the luminaire.
La Luce LED modules are designed for at least 50,000 hours of operation. For some models, this figure is significantly higher. The technical data for each luminaire contains these data.
Light color of our LED modules
The color of the lamp light is described by the color temperature in Kelvin [K]. Conventional lamps have a color temperature of 3300 Kelvin = warm white, 3300 to 5300 Kelvin = neutral white, up to over 5300 Kelvin = daytime white. Our stringent quality requirements ensure that our LED modules display the maximum deviation of three McAdam ellipses from the specified color coordinates.
